Contact the Committee

This committee works to ensure that the infrastructure of the Eldridge/West Oaks SN area is maintained by the City and improved where possible.  311, SNAP (Super Neighborhood Action Plan), and CIP (Capital Improvement Plan) issues are addressed by this committee.

You can report potholes and other infrastructure issues to 311 - online or by telephone.  Go to the City's 311 web page, email 311@houstontx.gov, or call 311.  Once you have reported an issue, your council member's office can assist you with follow-up, should it be necessary (but you must have your service request number).  If the issue is in District F, contact Councilman Le's office.  If the issue is in District G, contact Councilman Travis's office.

2014 CIP Request Documents

District F (submitted March 3rd)
District G (submitted February 14th)

Committee Report from Judy Thompson September 8, 2014

311 - Judy Thompson and Virgie Manning recently submitted several 311 requests for street improvements in both District F and District G.

CIP - Councilman Nguyen held a District F meeting on July 24th at the Hastings 9th Grade Center in Alief to review current and future CIP projects.  Doug Parrish, Judy Thompson, and Virgie Manning were present.

SNAP -  This is a program (Super Neighborhood Action Plan) that no longer exists.  The 311 system has been redesigned to handle such requests.  However, both Councilmens' offices are reviewing a few SNAPS that were accepted back in 2011/2012 but never completed.
